1. Shipping Information.
We use USPS (United States Postal Service) and FEDEX carriers to ship your purchases. Eco Totables does not profit from shipping. Real time USPS and FEDEX rates are basted on weight and destination. For USPS you can choose your shipping preferences such as Express, Priority Mail or Parcel Post. FEDEX offers Priority, 2nd Day, Overnight and Standard Delivery. Free shipping is offered for purchases over 200.00
2. Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged to California residents only
3. What credit cards to you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
5. What is your return policy?
We offer a refund or merchandise credit. Any item can be returned within 5 days of receipt. A full refund will be credited if the items(s) is in the same new and unused condition it was delivered. Items returned after 5 days will be honored with merchandise credit. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs.
6. What is your order processing time?
For in stock items, orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Pre-paid orders for out of stock items will be processed immediately upon receipt of delivery and shipped on day of receipt or following business day. Online orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next business day.
7. I'd like to imprint our logo on your bags. Do you offer imprinting?
Yes. Please click on our Branding page. Imprinting is limited to certain totes. If you would like to inquire about customized options bags not shown on our website, please call for consultation.
